Please have your credit card ready when registering. We only accept payment by credit card.

Tickets are non-refundable. Your ticket is personal, but if you are not able to attend, we are happy to transfer it to one of your colleagues. Please notify us at irmelin@bergenlive.no if you would like to do a name change. In case the conference is cancelled, we will give full refund of the ticket-fee. In case of cancellation, the Organizer is not liable for any external costs attendees might have, like travel and accommodation. 

Early bird until 1 July, NOK 2875,- incl vat. From 2 July: Delegate fee NOK 3500 incl VAT. 
Member of the CommOCEAN evaluation committee can choose the "Fee waiver for CommOCEAN evaluation committee members" option.
